PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40-56-84, the Newark Municipal Council has introduced and approved a budget for the BLC Partnership, Inc., ("the District Management Corporation") at its Regular Meeting held on April 1, 2026. A public hearing on the Bergen Lyons Clinton Special Improvement District Management Corporation budget is scheduled to be held Wednesday, May 6, 2026, during the course of the Regular Municipal Council Meeting at 12:30 PM. These are public meetings, however due to the current state of emergency, public access may be restricted. All persons having an interest therein shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard on this matter.
