CITY OF NEWARK ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF DECISION Application Number: ZBA-22-17 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 26, 2026, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Newark ("Board") adopted a Resolution of Approval granting Applicant, DLAM Community Development LLC, an extension for the previously approved Final Site Plan Approval for the property located at 158-164 Chancellor Avenue, further known as Block 3703, Lot 16 on the Tax Map of the City of Newark, County of Essex, State of New Jersey (the "Property"). The extension of the time to construct a six-story 48 residential unit building with 18 parking spaces was granted through June 2, 2027.
