Notice is hereby given, that pursuant to the Board of Education of Fredonia Central School District, Fredonia, New York sealed proposals for Art Supplies shall be opened and read aloud on Friday, May 29, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the District Business Office, 425 East Main Street, Fredonia, New York. Specifications, bid forms, and instructions may be obtained at the District Business Office during normal working hours.

BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE STATED HOUR AND DAY SHALL BE REJECTED. Any bidder wishing to participate by teleconference or electronic means should notify the District no later than 24 hours prior to the bid opening..

The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any or all bids.
