The proposals will be, at that date, time, and place, publicly opened and read aloud. All work shall be done in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by Young + Wright Architectural, 50 Elk Street Buffalo, NY 14210. Plans and specifications are available to prime contractors on APRIL 10, 2026 at 2:00pm by contacting Avalon Document Services at (716) 995-7777 or visiting their online plan room at www.avalonplanroom.com. A deposit of $25.00 per set will be required & shall be made out to FREDONIA CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT. If you should have any questions, please contact Young + Wright Architectural @ 716-842-1800. No part of the deposit will be refunded for partial and/or damaged sets of the drawings and specifications. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. Bidders will note the required conditions of employment and the minimum New York State Labor Department prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract.
