Legal Notice # 21933311 NOTICE TO BIDDERS Until 2:00 p.m. on May 7, 2026 The Board of Education of New Hyde Park-Garden City Park Schools, of the Town of North Hempstead and Hempstead, County of Nassau, New York, (in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law) hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for: For the 2026 - 2027 School Year Transportation Runs Mill Neck- Summer Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on May 7, 2026 at the office of the Director of Pupil Personnel Services, at 1950 Hillside Avenue, New Hyde Park, New York 11040, at which time, bids will be publicly opened and read (via teleconference). Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the same office. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any, and all bids, to waive any informality in bids and to award the contract which in the best opinion of the Board of Education will be in the best interest of the School District.
