NOTICE TO BIDDERS PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on May 28, 2026 sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of Scarsdale Public Schools, 2 Brewster Road, Scarsdale, NY 10583 for VARIOUS CAFETERIA SUPPLIES AND SERVICES: Time Bid # Bid Name 10:00 AM 2026-27-08 Deli Meats 10:15 AM 2026-27-09 Sushi Hand Rolls 10:30 AM 2026-27-10 Beverages Obtaining Documents: Specifications and Bid Forms may be obtained by contacting the Scarsdale Schools Purchasing Office by submitting an email request to kdamelio@scarsdaleschools.org. Email subject line should read: CAFETERIA BID DOCUMENT REQUEST. Email should include the specific bid name and number, requestor’s name, title, email address and telephone number. Bids will be received for these contracts at Scarsdale Schools Board of Education Offices, 2 Brewster Road, Scarsdale, NY until the prevailing time and date stated above. Hand delivered bids will only be accepted at the Security Desk located in the Scarsdale High School lobby located at the 2 Brewster Road entrance between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. At stated time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids received after the date and time stated in the Notice to Bidders will not be considered and will be returned to the bidder unopened. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or delivery service, or in the handling of the mail by employees of the District, other than those authorized to receive bids. The District is not responsible for bids opened prior to the time and date of the opening if the identifying information does not appear on the sealed envelope. Bids opened prior to the time and date of the opening are invalid. The District reserves the right to accept each bid by individual time, by category, by groups of items or as a whole, or in its discretion, to reject all bids and re-advertise and rebid. Bids must be presented on the proposal form in the manner designated therein and as required by the specifications. All bids must be enclosed in sealed envelopes which are clearly marked on the outside with the Bid Number, Bid Name, Due Date and Time. No bidder shall withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the formal opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities and accept the bid that is in the best interest of the School District.
