FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM OPERATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Edgemont Union Free School District (“District”) for Food Service Management Services for the District’s school food service program for the 2026–2027 school year. Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. EST on Friday, June 3, 2026, at: Edgemont Union Free School District Business Office 300 White Oak Lane Scarsdale, New York 10583 at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications and legal requirements. The anticipated contract term is July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with optional annual renewals subject to Board of Education approval, NYSED approval, and mutual agreement of the parties.
