In pursuance and by virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly granted by this Court on the 22nd day of April and entered in the Oswego County Clerk’s Office on the 23rd day of April, 2026, I, the undersigned Referee, duly appointed in this action for such purpose, will expose for sale and sell at Public Auction to the highest bidder North Lobby, First Floor of the Oswego County Courthouse, 25 East Oneida Street, Oswego, New York on the 10th day of June, 2026 at 9:00 o’clock in the forenoon of that day, the mortgaged premises directed in and by said Judgment to be sold and in said Judgment described in “Exhibit A” annexed hereto.

The above premises being more accurately described pursuant to a survey map made by Russell L. Getman, L.L.S.
