NOTICE OF NATURE OF ACTION AND RELIEF SOUGHT THE OBJECT of the above captioned action is to foreclose a Mortgage to secure the amount of $250,000.00 recorded in the office of the clerk of Nassau County on November 21, 2006 in Liber Book M 31233 at Page 61 covering premises known as 6 Sandalwood Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11581 a/k/a Section 39, Block 034, Lot 11. The relief sought in the within action is a final judgment directing the sale of the premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above.
