Legal Notice
Fuel Bids Town of Palermo

Town Board Town of Palermo is seeking fuel bids for the 2026 season. Bids are to include the following:

 * Fuel Oil
 * Propane
 * Winter Diesel Fuel
 * Summer Diesel Fuel

All bids are to include a cap price if applicable. Bids are to be sealed and marked “Fuel Bids” on the outside of the envelope and delivered to the Town Clerk by mail or in person during normal business hours, Mon-Thurs 9am-4pm, no later than 5:00 pm on March 23, 2026. The bids will be opened at the March Workshop Meeting at the Palermo Town Hall located at 53 Co RT 35. The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Bid forms can be picked up at the Town Clerk’s office during regular business hours Monday-Thursday 9am-4:30pm
