WIIA GRANT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES The Town of Volney, Oswego County, New York, is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Grant Administration Services for a project funded through the New York State Water Infrastructure Improvement Act (WIIA) program. The project consists of administrative services associated with the County Route 6/Maple Avenue Water District Project, including grant compliance, reporting, reimbursement requests, coordination with project professionals, and grant closeout in accordance with New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) requirements.
