Mowing Bids Town of Palermo 



Notice To Contractors, Town Board Town of Palermo is seeking Mowing bids for the 2026 season.

Palermo will receive sealed bids for the 2026 Mowing Contract at the office of the Town Clerk, Town Of Palermo 53 County Rt 35, Fulton NY 13069. All bids are to be sealed and marked “Mowing Bids” Bids will be opened at the Town Board Workshop March 23 2026 at or about 5:00pm

All bidders are advised to use only the Bid Form provided by the Town of Palermo. The Contract for mowing generally consists of mowing and trimming of Town properties and fence lines, inclusive of the Town Offices, Kennel Area, 3 Cemeteries and Town Park. Bid documents may be obtained from the Town Clerks Office during regular business hours, Mon-Thur 9am-4:00pm. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bidder’s proof of Liability Insurance, no exception for owner operation. The Mowing Contract will be awarded based upon the lowest Total Bid Amount calculated on the provided bid form and may be awarded the same night.
