LEGAL NOTICE The Ithaca Urban Renewal Agency (IURA) will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 19, 2026, and continuing at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2026. This Public Hearing is a two-part Public Hearing to review proposals to the City of Ithaca's 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Programs (HOME) Annual Action Plan. This hearing, in both its parts, is intended to obtain views of citizens on the most critical housing and non-housing community needs, and the activities proposed to address these needs. Eligible funding activities may include housing, public facilities, public services, or economic development projects, and must benefit the City of Ithaca’s low- and moderate-income population. Both parts of the hybrid hearing will be conducted in-person and via the IURA’s Zoom virtual meeting platform, with the opportunity to comment in real time, accessible using the links listed further below. Non-interactive live-streams of both meetings can also be viewed using the City of Ithaca’s YouTube channel.
