PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that on February 23, 2026, the Village of Cayuga Heights Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at Marcham Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, NY 14850 to seek comments on the following project: 7:00 pm: Request by Nick Schweitzer, as owner of 515 Highland Road (tax parcel 9-1-7), to build a new two-story residence. Such a project is subject to Section 305-116.A.2 for Site Plan Review in the Residence District.
