Public hearing on Planned Unit Developments amendment in Ithaca on April 15, 2026.

LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Common Council of the City of Ithaca, New York, will hold a public hearing to consider the proposal to amend Chapter 325-12, Planned Unit Developments (PUDs), of the Municipal Code of the City of Ithaca in order to allow Planned Unit Developments citywide. The public hearing will be held on April 15, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the Common Council Chambers of City Hall, 108 E. Green Street, Ithaca NY and also conducted remotely using videoconferencing technology. Members of the public will be given the opportunity to be heard at the meeting regarding the proposed amendment. There are three options to participate in a public hearing: 1. Written comments: Submit comments by email no later than 4 p.m. on the day of the meeting to zoning@cityofithaca.org and they will be read into the record. Each comment is limited to three minutes. Indicate in your email that the comment is for a public hearing and provide your name and address. 2. Speak in-person: Comment cards are provided to those who attend in-person. Once you have filled out your comment card, please hand your card to the Clerk. Your name will be called in the order the cards are received. 3. Speak remotely: At 9:00 am on the day of the meeting, you may register to speak via Zoom at https://www.cityofithaca.org/341/Common-Council Each comment will be limited to three minutes, and registration will close at 3:00 pm.
