NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE OF SOUTH BLOOMING GROVE STATE OF NEW YORK ROUTE 208 & CHESTNUT VARIANCE (S/B/L 209-2-2.3, 209-2-2.4) Date: Thursday, March 26, 2026 Time: 6:30 PM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of South Blooming Grove on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208 Monroe, New York 10950. The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of South Blooming Grove on March 12, 2026, set a public hearing to afford the public the opportunity to comment on the application for variance including a height increase from 35 feet to 55 feet at Route 208 and Chestnut, pursuant to the Village of South Blooming Grove Code.
