TOWN OF MONROE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Monroe will hold a Public Hearing on February 24, 2026 commencing at 6:30 PM to consider the appeal of Town of Monroe Planning Board on the Use Determination of the Building Inspector letter dated September 10, 2025 regarding the property located at 485 Rt 208. The project in reference to this determination is in the Town of Monroe and shown generally on the tax maps as Section 1 Block 1, Lot 55.111. A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the office of the Zoning Board during regular business hour with an appointment. The meeting is open to the public.
