TOWN OF MONROE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to § 57-63.G of the Code of the Town of Monroe and § 267-a.7 of the NYS Town Law, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Monroe, New York, will hold a Public Hearing on the 24th day of February, 2026 at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard that day at the Town Hall 1465 Orange Turnpike, Monroe, NY 10950 on the application of Sebastian Bialasiewicz to receive two (2) area variances for (1) Front yard setback required 40’ proposed 25.6’ existing for a variance of 14.4’ because pf existing non-conforming condition, (2) Lot area required 20,000 s/f existing 16,992 s/f difference of 3,008 s/f due to existing non-conforming condition. The lands affected by this application are located at 5 Carol Drive in the Town of Monroe in the SR-20 Zone and shown generally on the tax maps of the Town of Monroe as Section 30, Block 3, Lot 2. A copy of the application is available for public inspection on line and at the office of the Zoning Board during regular business hours with an appointment. The meeting is open to the public.
