NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the Town of Clarkstown will hold a public hearing pursuant to the applicable sections of the NYS Town Law, Sections 276, 277 and/or 274a & 274b on March 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in Room 301, Clarkstown Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue, New City. Said meeting and public hearing will be held in person. The Town of Clarkstown Planning Board will at said time hear all persons in support of any matter before it or any objections thereto. Persons or by agent or representative must attend in person. The Planning Board meeting agenda is posted on the Town’s website at https://www.clarkstown.gov. You are invited to examine the application materials and plans for each item on the Town’s website at https://clarkstown.gov/planning under Planning Board Projects. TO PROVIDE COMMENT ON PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS: (1) Attend in person. (2) Email comments by 12:00 pm on the day of the meeting to planning@clarkstown.gov. REVIEW UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF S.E.Q.R. & PUBLIC HEARING AT PRELIMINARY & FINAL: 304 NANUET REALTY, LLC, SL 58.18-1-14 & 15, (FKA 33-A-7.1 & 33-A-6), NANUET: Proposed construction of a 4,940 square foot service addition at the rear of the existing 33,120 square foot dealership building for a total of 38,060 square feet with 203 parking spaces with two loading berths.
