NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the Town of Clarkstown will hold a public hearing pursuant to the applicable sections of the NYS Town Law, Sections 276, 277 and/or 274a & 274b on February 25, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in Room 301, Clarkstown Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue, New City. Said meeting and public hearing will be held in person. The Town of Clarkstown Planning Board will at said time hear all persons in support of any matter before it or any objections thereto. Persons or by agent or representative must attend in person. The Planning Board meeting agenda is posted on the Town’s website at https://www.clarkstown.gov. You are invited to examine the application materials and plans for each item on the Town’s website at https://clarkstown.gov/planning under Planning Board Projects. TO PROVIDE COMMENT ON PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS: (1) Attend in person. (2) Email comments by 12:00 pm on the day of the meeting to planning@clarkstown.gov. REVIEW UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF S.E.Q.R. & PUBLIC HEARING AT PRELIMINARY: 80 WEST NYACK ROAD, SL 58.17-1-37 (FKA 33-B-20.2), NANUET: Proposed demolition of the existing two-story structure and construction of a 5,740 square foot maintenance building with three repair bays and an office with associated parking lot improvements. The existing 9,725 square foot building at the rear of the property will remain. The proposal includes 51 parking spaces for passenger vehicles and 6 spaces for oversized vehicles and trucks.
