BOARD OF TRUSTEES VILLAGE OF NEW HEMPSTEAD Resolution No. 2025 - 96 At a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of New Hempstead ( Board”) was convened on November 24th, 2025, at 7:00 pm. The meeting was called to order by the Mayor Abraham Sicker (“Chairman”), and with a quorum present, the following Resolution was offered by Mayor Sicker, seconded by Deputy Mayor Mintz to wit: WHEREAS, the Village of New Hempstead (“Village”) has deemed it necessary to confirm certain items for March 18, 2026 Village Election; NOW, upon said hearing and the evidence presented, it is hereby found and determined: BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor hereby: Adopts Village Hall, 108 Schoolhouse Road, New City NY 10956, as the sole polling place for the March 18, 2026 Village Election; Adopts that the hours during which polls shall be open for voting is 9:00 am to 9:00 pm; Adopts that the Village offices to be filled are: Mayor – One (1); and Trustees – Three (3).
