Name of Project: Hampton Hills Golf and Country Club Restroom Core Preservation Area Hardship Application Applicant/Owner: Stanley Pine and Barry Beil Project Site Suffolk County Tax Map Number: 900-194-1-3 Project Site Location: west of CR 31, east of CR 51, Northampton, Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, NY Project Description: Request for a Core Preservation Area Hardship Waiver to construct a 208 square foot restroom building and innovative alternative wastewater treatment system in a cleared area adjacent to the playground and pickleball courts and parking lot on the site of a golf and country club in the CR 200 zoning district.
