NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL Pursuant to Sections 506 & 526 of the Real Property Tax Law and Suffolk County Tax Act. HEARING OF COMPLAINTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Assessor and authorized members of the Assessor’s staff of the Town of Southampton, County of Suffolk, will have completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year 2026/2027 and a copy will be left with Lisa R. Goree, Sole Assessor in the Assessor’s Office at Town Hall, 116 Hampton Road, Southampton where it may be seen and examined by any person until the third Tuesday in May. The Assessor will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll in the Assessor’s Office on: May 1st –19th, 2026 from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (Monday – Friday) at 116 Hampton Road, Southampton, N.Y. Thursday, May 14th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at 116 Hampton Road, Southampton, N.Y. Saturday, May 16th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at 116 Hampton Road, Southampton, N.Y. The Board of Assessment Review will meet on the third Tuesday in May to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
