NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS VILLAGE OF WHITESBORO ONEIDA COUNTY, NEW YORK PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Whitesboro Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing Monday, March 2, 2026, at 6:20 p.m. at the Whitesboro Municipal Office located at 10 Moseley Street, Whitesboro, for the matter of a proposed special exception received from Anthony Giglio, a prospective purchaser of 53 Roosevelt Drive, to build an ATM drive up kiosk on the property, using approximately 2,500 square feet of the lot for the structure and a drive through loop off of, and back onto Roosevelt Drive. The structure would stand six feet in height. This use is allowed in a C-2 Zoning District under Special Exception. There is an active purchase agreement between the applicant and owner contingent upon the decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals. The application is on file and available for inspection at the Village Clerk’s Office, located at 10 Moseley Street during normal office hours. Any person wishing to appear at the hearing may do so in person or by other representation.
