NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING




NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Whitesboro, which was duly passed on the 9th day of March, 2026, a public hearing will be held on April 13, 2026 at 6:05 p.m . at the Village of Village of Whitesboro Offices, 10 Moseley Street, Whitesboro, New York, at which hearing the Board of Trustees will consider the enactment of Local Law No. 1 for 2026 to amend Chapter 275 of the Village Code of the Village of Whitesboro entitled “Vehicles and Traffic” to prohibit parking of a vehicle at any time along both sides of Grove Place in the Village of Whitesboro for the entire length of the roadway beginning at its intersection with Foster Street. Section 1640 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York authorizes the Village of Whitesboro to enact local laws to regulate traffic within the Village, including parking of vehicles.




A copy of said Local Law will be available for inspection at the Village Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.




The public is invited to attend and all interested persons will be heard at said time and place.
