NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Whitestown Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will hold a Public Hearing during the regular meeting at the Whitestown Town Hall, 8539 Clark Mills Rd, Whitesboro, NY at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 to consider the application of Thomas and Michele Vanno located at 16 Cheyenne Crescent, Whitesboro, NY 13492 as the applicants are proposing to construct a 980 square foot addition to their home. The request was denied due to exceeding the 20% maximum coverage of lot (as per Town Regulation §200-25 Schedule A). The area is zoned R-80 (residential).
