NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS VILLAGE OF WHITESBORO ONEIDA COUNTY, NEW YORK PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Whitesboro Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing Monday, March 2, 2026, at 6:10 p.m. at the Whitesboro Municipal Office located at 10 Moseley Street, Whitesboro, for the matter of a proposed setback variance received from Melissa and Matthew Porter, owners of 34 Roosevelt Drive. A setback variance is requested to have installed an aluminum wheelchair accessible ramp, three feet wide by forty feet in length, on the side of the building to provide wheelchair accessibility from the back parking area to the building’s side entrance. It does not meet building and codes setback requirements for the adjacent, vacant property. The application is on file and available for inspection at the Village Clerk’s Office, located at 10 Moseley Street during normal office hours. Any person wishing to appear at the hearing may do so in person or by other representation.
