NOTICE OF NAMES OF PERSONS REQUESTING AN AREA VARIANCE FROMWHITESTOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS ONEIDA COUNTY, NY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Whitestown Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will hold a Public Hearing during the regular meeting at the Whitestown Town Hall, 8539 Clark Mills Rd, Whitesboro, NY at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 to consider the application of Michael and Karen Sullivan located at 13 W. Kernan Ave., Whitesboro, NY 13492 as the applicants are proposing to construct a home. The request was denied due to exceeding the 20% maximum coverage of lot (as per as per Town Regulation §200-25 Schedule A) and the allowed height per the local zoning regulation.
