NOTICE OF NAMES OF PERSONS REQUESTING AN AREA VARIANCE FROMWHITESTOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

LEGAL NOTICE




NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Whitestown Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will hold a Public Hearing during the regular meeting at the Whitestown Town Hall, 8539 Clark Mills Rd, Whitesboro, NY at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 to consider the application of Michael and Karen Sullivan located at 13 W. Kernan Ave., Whitesboro, NY 13492 as the applicants are proposing to construct a home. The request was denied due to exceeding the 20% maximum coverage of lot (as per as per Town Regulation §200-25 Schedule A) and the allowed height per the local zoning regulation. The area is zoned R-80 (Residential).
