PUBLIC NOTICE Village of Skaneateles Notice of Public Hearing Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Village of Skaneateles, Onondaga County, New York will hold a public hearing at the Village Office Building Board Room, on March 5, 2026 at 6:05 pm, pursuant to Article XI of the Village Zoning Law, in the matter of the ap[1]plication Critical Impact Permit (Redevelopment in the D District) in the matter of the application of Kristin Bealer to change the use of the main floor office from (C-2) Commercial Ser[1]vices to (C-22) Retail Sales, Less than 3,000 Square Feet at the property addressed as 19 Fennell Street in the Village of Skaneateles. A copy of the application is available at the Village Office, 26 Fennell Street, for inspection. All interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard.
