PUBLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF SKANEATELES NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please take notice that the Historic Landmark Preservation Commission of the Village of Skaneateles, Onondaga County, New York, will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 pm on Monday March 16, 2026 pursuant to Village Zoning Law, to consider an application of Michael Silberberg for Certificate of Approval to repair cornice, repaint brick, replace windows and door, replace decking and railing at the property addressed as 38 E. Genesee Street, in the Village of Skaneateles. A copy of the application is available at the Village Hall, 26 Fennell Street for public inspection. All interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard at the scheduled hearing. Comments can be submitted in writing to Planning Board, Village of Skaneateles, 26 Fennell St., Skaneateles, NY 13152 or by email to info@villageofskaneateles.com by 1:00 pm on the day of the hearing.
