PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Spafford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on April 16, 2026 at the Spafford Town Hall, 1984 Route 174, Skaneateles, NY 13152 to hear the following:

David & Megan Hart-2310 Glencove Road, Marietta, NY 13110. RA District. Tax Map #005.-03-08.2.The applicants are seeking to subdivide 2 acres out of 28.2 acres.

SUBDIVISION

Ethel Culver Clark Irrevocable Trust-1396 Churchhill Road, Skaneateles, NY, 13152. RA District. Tax Map #022.-01-05.1.

The applicant is seeking to subdivide 5 acres out of 25.42 acres .
