PUBLIC NOTICE Village of Skaneateles Notice of Public Hearing Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Skaneateles, Onondaga County , New York will hold a public hearing at the Village Office Building Board Room, on February 25, 2026 at 7:00 pm , pursuant to Article XVI of the Village Zoning Law, in the matter of the application o f Fintan & Meredith Fleming to vary the strict application of Section 225-A5 Density Control Schedule for Minimum open area, and to be granted a Special Use Permit, to construct a Carriage House at the property addressed as 80 West Lake Street in the Village of Skaneateles. A copy of the application is available at the Village Office, 26 Fennell Street, for inspection. All interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard.
