PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 148-10 of the Zoning Law of the Town of Skaneateles of 2020 and Section 267-b Town Law of the State of New York, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Skaneateles will hold a Public Hearing on the Application of Jane Walsh, c/o Skaneateles Country Club. The proposal is for a lot line adjustment between the Skaneateles Country Club and the Walsh properties, resulting in reduced road frontage on the Walsh property. The involved Section of the Skaneateles Town Code is Section 148-4-2-C.1.b.B. In the RF district, the minimum lot frontage on a town road is 200 feet, whereas the requested lot line adjustment plan reflects a decrease in road frontage on nonconforming lot with less than 200 feet of road frontage. The property in question is located at 3339 West Lake Street in the Town of Skaneateles, New York, and bears Tax Map ID #049.-01-04.1.
