TOWN OF NEWBURGH LEGAL NOTICE Town of Newburgh Planning Board 21 Hudson Valley Professional Plaza Newburgh , New York 12550 (845) 564-7804 fax: (845) 564-7802 Notice of Hearing Town of Newburgh Planning Board PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Newburgh, Orange County, New York will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 274-A of the NYS Town Law and Chapter 83 Clearing and Grading of the Town of Newburgh Code on the application of: Unity Place Warehouse - (2025-34)The project proposes a 240,000 square foot warehouse on a 17.5-acre combined parcel. The project is located at the western quadrant of Old Little Britain Road / Unity Place intersection. The project is located in the Towns IB Interchange Business Zoning District. The project proposes 72 loading docks, 9 trailer storage spaces and 122 vehicle passenger parking spaces. The project is supposed to be served by Town of Newburgh water and sewer. Project previously had conditional final approval for a 162,800 square foot warehouse on a 12.8-acre parcel. Addiontal land area has been aquired increasing the parcel size to 17.5 +/- acres. The project site is known on the Town of Newburgh Tax Maps as Section 97, Block 2, Lots 14.12, 20 & 21. A Public Hearing will be held on the 5th day of March 2025 at the Town Hall Meeting Room, 1496 Route 300, Newburgh, New York at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
