Raimondi Revocable Trust, owners of record], 157 Boway, South Salem, NY for the following variance of the proposed garage with storage above 672 sq ft whereas 600 sq ft is the maximum permitted per Article IV Section 220- 23D (10) of the Town of Lewisboro Zoning Code therefore requiring a 72 sq ft variance.
