CAL. NO. 08-26-BZ Application of Richard P. O'Leary, owners agent [Dayton, Renea Topp & Duncan N., owner of record], 62 Mead Street, Waccabuc, NY for the following variance of a proposed one-story greenhouse has a proposed 9'-0" rear yard setback whereas 50' are required in a R-4 AC zone as per Article IV Section 220-12 schedule of dimensional and bulk requirements for residential districts of the Town of Lewisboro Zoning Code therefore requiring a side yard variance of 41'- 0". The property is located on the west side of (62) Mead Street, Waccabuc, NY designated on the Tax Map as Sheet 0022, Block 10802 Lot 070, in an SCR-4A, Special Character District, Four-Acre Residential District District consisting of approximately 6.15 acres.
