NO. 3-26-SP Application of Micheal Sirignano, Esq. [Handler, Richard Brian & Martha Jane, owners of record], 21 Woodway, South Salem, NY for a Special Permit pursuant to Article V, Section 220-43.9 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a Helipad. The property is located on the east side of (21) Woodway, South Salem, NY designated on the Tax Map as Sheet 38, Block 10549, Lot 12, in an R-4A, Four-Acre Residential District consisting of approximately 50.370 acres.
