WESTCHESTER COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Lewisboro will host a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., 79 Bouton Road, South Salem, New York, Justice Court. CAL. NO. 7-26-BZ Application of Safet Kucana, [Kucana, Dije & Safet, owners of record], 7 West Ln, South Salem, NY for the following variance of the existing one-story chicken shed has a 2.5’ side yard setback whereas 40' are required in a R-2 AC zone as per Article IV Section 220-12 schedule of dimensional and bulk requirements for residential districts of the Town of Lewisboro Zoning Code therefore requiring a side yard variance of 37. 5'; the existing chain link fence has a height of 8’-0” whereas 6’-0” height is the maximum allowed in a R-2 AC zone as per Article III Section 220-12E (1) b schedule of dimensional and bulk requirements for residential districts of the Town of Lewisboro Zoning Code therefore requiring a height variance of 2.0’'; the existing chain link fence has a length of 1125’ linear feet whereas 100 linear feet is the maximum allowed in a R-2 AC zone as per Article III Section 220-12E (2) b schedule of dimensional and bulk requirements for residential districts of the Town of Lewisboro Zoning Code therefore requiring a length variance of 1025’. The property is located on the west side of (7) West Ln, South Salem, NY designated on the Tax Map as Sheet 43, Block 10551 Lot 16, in an R-2A, Two Acre Residential District consisting of approximately 2.59 acres.
