NOTICE OF HEARING




NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Lewisboro will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 7:30 p.m., or soon thereafter as time permits, at the Town House, 11 Main Street, South Salem, NY, 10590 for the purpose of conducting a public hearing concerning a Local law amending Chapter 220 of the Code of the Town of Lewisboro entitled “Zoning” to include proposed regulation of Short Term Rentals of Dwellings. Copies of proposed local law are available for inspection at the Office of the Lewisboro Town Clerk, 11 Main Street, South Salem, NY 10590 on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and can be accessed online at www.lewisborony.gov.
