NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing of the Town Board of the Town of Carlton, NY will be held on

Tuesday, April 14th, 2026 at 7:15 p.m. at the Town of Carlton Offices located at 14341 Waterport-Carlton Road, Albion, NY 14411, to consider the following Local Law:

LOCAL LAW #1of the Town of Carlton, Orleans County, NY, "Extending the Moratorium of Wind Energy Deriving Towers & Transmission Facilities Law".




Said Town Board will at said time and place hear all in support of such matters or any objections thereto. Persons wishing to appear at the Public Hearing may do so in person, by attorney or other representatives, or may write to the Town of Carlton, Town Board, 14341 Waterport-Carlton Road, Albion, NY 14411.
