TOWN OF CARLTON, ORLEANS COUNTY, NEW YORK





NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing of the Town Board of the Town of Carlton, NY will be held on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026 at 7:25 p.m. at the Town of Carlton Offices located at 14341 Waterport-Carlton Road, Albion, NY 14411, to consider the following Local Law:

LOCAL LAW #3of the Town of Carlton, Orleans County, NY, "Extending the Moratorium on the Acceptance, Processing and/or Approval of all Applications for Building Permits, Area or Use Variances, Special Use Permits and/or Site Plan Approvals for Large Energy Storage Systems in the Town of Carlton".





Said Town Board will at said time and place hear all in support of such matters or any objections thereto. Persons wishing to appear at the Public Hearing may do so in person, by attorney or other representatives, or may write to the Town of Carlton, Town Board, 14341 Waterport-Carlton Road, Albion, NY 14411.
