TOWN OF CARLTON, ORLEANS COUNTY, NEW YORK




NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Carlton, NY will be held on Wednesday, April 15th, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.at the Town of Carlton Offices located at 14341 Waterport-Carlton Road, Albion, NY 14411, to consider the Application for an Area Variance as follows:




Application of Robert Schifferle for an Area Variance to construct a 14' x 22' addition (3 season room) onto the existing house located at the following property address: 12923 S. Hillcrest Drive, Albion, NY 14411. Tax Map #38.9-2-7.1. Said Zoning Board will at said time and place hear all in support of such matters or any objections thereto. Persons wishing to appear at the Public Hearing may do so in person, by attorney or other representatives, or may write to the Zoning Board of Appeals, 14341 Waterport-Carlton Road, Albion, NY 14411. Following the Public Hearing, a meeting of the Zoning Board will be held.
