Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Cazenovia Town Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Town Office Building, 7 Albany Street, Cazenovia, NY on the following matter: Request by Abby Cordes to review a special use permit application for a Short-term Rental operation. Tax map parcel 67.-2-63.2. Property is located 2008 Stanley Road, Cazenovia, New York. Zoned Rural A. Zoning Board of Appeals File #26-1616. The Cazenovia Town Zoning Board of Appeals will be at said time and place to hear all persons in support of, or in opposition to this request for a special use permit.
