NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF CAZENOVIA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Cazenovia, New York, said Town Board will hold a public hearing on the 13th day of April, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town of Cazenovia Offices located at 7 Albany Street in the Town of Cazenovia, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at which time all persons interested will be heard regarding the topic of fair housing within the Town of Cazenovia. The Town Board will entertain presentations, comments, or feedback from the public regarding strategies for ensuring the right of all persons, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, ancestry, national origin, handicap, familial status, sexual orientation, or gender identity to enjoy fair and equal access to housing within the Town.

Additionally, pursuant to the same resolution, the Town Board declared April to be “Fair Housing Month" in the Town.

Said hearing may be adjourned from time to time as necessary.

Further information may be obtained from the Town Clerk's Office at the Town Offices located at 7 Albany Street in the Town of Cazenovia.
