LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF CAZENOVIA OFFICIAL NOTICE RE: AREA VARIANCE Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Cazenovia Town Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Town Office Building, 7 Albany Street, Cazenovia, NY on the following matter: Request by Shawn & Charlene Patane to review an area variance for a garage reconfiguration requiring 12.2 feet of front yard setback relief. Tax map parcel 85.11-1-12. Property is located at 4761 Ormonde Drive, Cazenovia. Zoned Lake Watershed. Zoning Board of Appeals File #26-1619. The Cazenovia Town Zoning Board of Appeals will be at said time and place to hear all persons in support of, or in opposition to this request for an area variance.
