PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Geneseo Planning Board on March 18, 2026 at 4:35pm, in the Geneseo Village Building Board Room, 119 Main Street, Geneseo NY pursuant to Chapter 130 Zoning, Section 130-12, Section 130-20 and, 130 Attachment 6 of the Bulk and Use Table and any other sections of Village Code which may apply. Elizabeth Conrad is seeking a Site Plan application approval to install an accessible ramp to the front of the building located at 125 Main Street, Tax Map # 80.16-1 in the MU1 district of the Village of Geneseo.

Said Board of Appeals will at said time and place, hear all persons in support of such matters and objections thereto.
