LIVINGSTON COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Geneseo will hold a public hearing on Wednesday April 15, 2026 at 5:00pm to consider a Local Law authorizing a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law Section 3-c. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Geneseo will hold a public hearing on Wednesday April 15, 2026 at 5:00pm to take and hear comments relating to the tentative 2026-2027 budget as prepared by the Board of Trustees. The compensation proposed for the Mayor is to be $13,261, Deputy Mayor is to be $5,835, Trustees (three positions) is to be $4,668 each. The public hearings will be held in the Court Room of the Geneseo Building, located at 119 Main Street, Geneseo, NY 14454. All persons wishing to be heard will be provided an opportunity as time permits. The tentative budget may be found on the website: https://geneseony.gov paper copies are available in the Village Clerk’s Office.
