LIVINGSTON COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE VILLAGE OF GENESEO Zoning Board of Appeals PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Geneseo Zoning Board of Appeals on March 3, 2026 at 4:35pm, in the Geneseo Village Building Board Room, 119 Main Street, Geneseo NY pursuant to Chapter 130 Zoning, Section 130-12, Section 130-17 and, 130-131 RU2 Bulk and Use Table and any other sections of Village Code which may apply. On the application of Joe Torrey . The applicant is seeking a 14ft area variance to add a deck which fails to meet the setback requirement of 10’ as required by the Village Code. The proposed deck is for the property located at 15 Ward Place Tax Map ID#80.12.4-9, in the Village of Geneseo. Said Board of Appeals will at said time and place hear all persons in support of such matters and objections thereto.
