LIVINGSTON COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF GENESEO LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING April 13, 2026, AT 7:15 PM Please note that the Planning Board of the Town of Geneseo will hold a PUBLIC HEARING for FINAL APPROVAL of the SEAN HARRIS subdivision, located at 4090 Roots Tavern Road, Geneseo, which currently sits on the same lot as 4130 Roots Tavern Road (tax map #63.-1-34). The total property area is 56.30 acres to be divided into two lots. Lot 1 (4090 Roots Tavern Rd) will be 19.045 acres, and Lot 2 (4130 Roots Tavern Rd) will be 36.936 acres. The hearing will be held on the date and time specified above at the Town Offices, located at 4630 Millennium Drive. At that time, all interested parties will have the opportunity to speak.
