ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS TOWN OF NORTH CASTLE PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of North Castle at Town Hall, 15 Bedford Road, Armonk, New York on Thursday evening, June 4, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. regarding a request on the appeal and application of MADDD MADONNA ARMONK LLC, 3 North Castle Drive, Armonk, NY 10504 and known on the Town Tax Assessment Maps as Section 108.03 Block 1, Lot 62.1 and located in an R-MF-A Zoning District, which is a referral from the Planning Board of the Town of North Castle. In order to obtain site plan approval for a 5151 sq. ft. 2-story recreational Clubhouse, the applicant will need the following variance: Section 355-57 of the Town Code requires the provision of 51 off-street parking spaces for the Clubhouse where 26 are provided, requiring a variance of 25 off-street parking spaces.
